This is the result of self-medication of Co-trimoxasol; an antibiotic very commonly given to Filipino children when they have cough even without prescription. There was an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Good that the allergy did not affect the kidneys as was shown by ultrasound and creatinine determination.
